ACL Prevention and Performance Training
Protect your knees and elevate your game with DMU Clinic’s ACL Prevention and Performance Training.
Using the proven Sportsmetrics methodology, this program is scientifically designed to reduce the risk of ACL injuries while enhancing strength, coordination and athletic performance.
Over 10 weeks, athletes receive neuromuscular retraining and learn coordination and balance exercises and strength training focused on the lower extremities. Participants build a solid foundation of strength, endurance, agility and flexibility, preparing them to excel in their sport with improved injury prevention.
The program includes pre- and post-training tests to assess injury risk factors and measure form improvements. Each session features a dynamic warm-up, plyometrics, strength training, speed and agility drills and flexibility exercises.

Tuff Tread Acceleration Academy

The Tuff Tread Acceleration Academy is designed to make you faster, stronger and more agile. This program combines cutting-edge technology and expert coaching to refine your running mechanics and enhance your athletic ability.
Using the high-performance Tuff Tread treadmill in high-speed and high-incline settings, participants will improve coordination, agility, balance and stamina while increasing their anaerobic threshold.
Floor exercises complement treadmill sessions by developing single-leg stability, core strength and proper running mechanics. The results? Greater power output and improved performance for athletes of all levels.
Whether you’re preparing for a season or want to enhance your athletic capabilities, the Tuff Tread Acceleration Academy is your path to excellence. We also guarantee improvements in speed if participants attend 90% of the training sessions in the program.
