DMU Clinic Website Earns Recognition in 2025 Digital Health Awards

Des Moines University Clinic’s website, dmuclinic.org, has earned a bronze award in the Health Information Resource Center’s Digital Health Awards®.

The HIRC is a national information clearinghouse for professionals who work in consumer health fields. The clinic website, launched in 2024, was designed by Coffey Communications in collaboration with Jordan Bohr, DMU’s web content and marketing specialist, and members of the university’s marketing and communications team. Based in Walla Walla, Washington, Coffey won multiple Digital Health Awards for their digital work, including three gold, two silver and five bronze awards.

Using a rating scale of 1 to 100 points, a panel of health technology professionals reviewed entries based on content, format, success in reaching the targeted health audience and overall quality.

“This recognition reflects the intentional work behind the clinic website to support those we serve, from accessibility and clarity to how patients find and use health information,” says Stephanie Greiner, MS, vice president for university advancement. “The site was built to serve real people with real health needs in our community, and it’s gratifying to see that work recognized at a national level.”
